Title: Linear componants of the tangent cone of a normal surface

Abstract: 

We discuss the importance of exsitence of linear 2-two dimensional planes in the tangent cone of a germ of normal surface singularity. We relate this aspect with the behaviour of the Nash modification of the given surface.
